Overview

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Contact Information — Your name, company, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid professional email address.
5. Good-Faith Statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy & Authority — A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
7. Proof of Ownership/Agency — A scanned document or verifiable record showing that you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
8. Business Email Domain — A valid email from your organization (e.g., name@yourcompany.com). Requests sent from free mailbox services (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Protonmail, MailRu, etc.) will not be processed.

Important Submission Requirements

• Send notices in plain/text format to ensure proper processing.
• Direct all DMCA notices exclusively to our Designated Agent email below. Notices sent to other addresses (e.g., support, hosting, CDN) may not be received or processed.
• Notices must originate from the company that owns the copyright or its designated agent. Personal or attorney-only submissions will not be processed.

To avoid delays, ensure your notice includes all required elements and uses direct URLs to the allegedly infringing material.
